  1. Coordinate and manage clinical research studies focused on advancing cancer treatment and care.
  2. Ensure all study protocols, procedures, and regulations are followed accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory documents.
  4. Communicate effectively with study participants, physicians, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient study operations.
  5. Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, and resources.
  6. Monitor and track study progress, including enrollment, data collection, and protocol deviations.
  7. Collaborate with study sponsors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  8. Train and educate study staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulations.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the study.
  10. Contribute to the development of research protocols and study materials.
  11. Assist with data management and analysis as needed.
  12. Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on study progress.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in cancer research.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Support other team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In Oncology.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Health-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Public Health.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Good Clinical Practices, And Human Subjects Protection.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Data Capture Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
