In this role, you will work closely with our team of researchers and physicians to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials and research studies.   1. Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with study team members including physicians, researchers, and study coordinators to ensure smooth execution of trials.
  3. Develop and maintain study documents such as informed consent forms, study protocols, and case report forms.
  4. Monitor and track study progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and study milestones.
  5. Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulations.
  6. Review and analyze study data, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  7. Assist with the recruitment and enrollment of study participants, ensuring proper informed consent procedures are followed.
  8. Maintain accurate and complete records of study documentation, including regulatory documents and correspondence.
  9. Communicate study updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including study sponsors and regulatory agencies.
  10. Coordinate and conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits as needed.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the course of the study.
  12. Provide training and support to study team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about study protocols and procedures.
  13. Participate in study meetings and provide input on study design and strategies.
  14. Stay current on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in clinical research.
  15. Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Life Sciences Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
