Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: A Clinical Research Associate At Henry Ford Health System Must Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Healthcare Administration.
Experience In Clinical Research: Candidates Must Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Clinical Research Associate, One Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously. This Requires Excellent Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Research, Including Fda Regulations And Ich Guidelines. Experience With Irb Submissions And Protocol Development Is Also Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Clinical Research Associate Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Study Sponsors, Investigators, And Study Participants. Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Also Necessary For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Team Members And Collaborators.
