  1. Assist in the coordination and implementation of clinical research studies, including recruiting and scheduling participants, collecting and entering data, and maintaining study records.
  2. Conduct literature reviews and assist with the development of research protocols.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in the conduct of research studies.
  4. Collaborate with research team members to plan and execute research projects.
  5. Prepare and maintain study materials, including informed consent documents and study protocols.
  6. Communicate with study participants and healthcare professionals to facilitate study procedures.
  7. Attend and participate in study team meetings and contribute to the discussion of study progress and results.
  8. Assist with data analysis and interpretation, and contribute to the preparation of research reports and publications.
  9. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the research process.
  10. Stay up-to-date with current research practices, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the ethical and efficient conduct of research.
  11. Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures related to research activities.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the research team.
  13. Contribute to the overall success and reputation of the research program at Henry Ford Health System.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Prior Experience Working In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System.

  • Familiarity With Research Protocols And Procedures, Including Data Collection And Management.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Research Team Members.
