- Coordinate and oversee multiple clinical research projects within the oncology department.
- Work closely with the research team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of research protocols.
- Collect and organize patient data and maintain accurate records of research activities.
- Communicate with study sponsors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of research protocols.
- Recruit and screen potential study participants and obtain informed consent.
- Conduct study visits and collect data from study participants according to protocol guidelines.
- Monitor study progress and report any issues or concerns to the research team.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of study documentation and data.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to maintain knowledge of current research practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions to facilitate multi-site research projects.
- Assist with data analysis and preparation of research reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and research data.
- Uphold ethical principles and standards in all research activities.
- Act as a liaison between study participants, healthcare providers, and research team members.
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Fda Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In Oncology.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Sponsors.
