- Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff, providing education and mentoring to promote professional growth.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.

- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex patient care issues.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare team, advocating for patient needs and preferences.

- Comply with all regulatory and organizational standards in regards to patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team.
Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Valid State License As A Registered Nurse.
Minimum Of 3 Years Clinical Experience In A Relevant Specialty Area.
Certification As A Clinical Nurse Specialist From A Recognized Accrediting Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
