  1. Manage and oversee the sourcing process for clinical service contracts, including conducting research, identifying potential vendors, and negotiating terms and pricing.

  3. Review and analyze existing contracts to identify potential areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  9. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of vendors.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to contract sourcing and management.
  11. Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may impact contract management.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and optimize contract management practices.
  13. Serve as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  14. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to contract sourcing and management for senior leadership.
  15. Act as a positive representative of the organization and its values in all interactions with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Sourcing, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
