  1. Greet and welcome patients to the Dialysis department in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide support to patients by assisting them with their needs before, during, and after their treatments.
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  4. Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
  6. Assist with the transportation of patients to and from their treatments.
  7. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatments.
  9. Collaborate with the nursing staff to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  11. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  14. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during their treatments.
  15. Stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and procedures.
  16. Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel.
  17. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations.
  18. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  19. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Certification As A Dialysis Technician Or Equivalent Qualification From An Accredited Organization.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Dialysis Clinic Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably With Direct Patient Care Experience.

  • Proficient In Operating Dialysis Machines And Equipment, With Knowledge Of Water Treatment Systems And Sterilization Procedures.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Monitoring And Assessment Techniques, With The Ability To Identify And Respond To Changes In Patient Condition.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients Undergoing Dialysis Treatment.
