  1. Greet and welcome patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule appointments for patients and ensure that all necessary information is collected accurately.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing them with necessary information or directing them to the appropriate department.
  4. Maintain patient records and update them as needed, ensuring all information is kept confidential.
  5. Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary co-payments or fees.
  6. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and timely delivery of services.
  8. Address patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  10. Keep up-to-date with insurance and billing policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Collaborate with other clinic service representatives to ensure efficient operation of the clinic.
  14. Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
  15. Adhere to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
  16. Other duties as assigned by the clinic manager or supervisor.
