- Provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families throughout their time at the Henry Ford Health System.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that patient care is coordinated and of the highest quality.

- Collaborate with other Care Experience Consultants to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Act as an ambassador for the Henry Ford Health System, promoting our mission and values to patients, families, and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare, With A Focus On Patient Care And/Or Patient Experience.
Strong Understanding Of Patient Satisfaction Metrics And Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Improve Patient Experience.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Healthcare Teams And Communicate Effectively With Patients And Their Families.
Experience In Data Analysis And Report Generation To Track And Measure Patient Satisfaction And Identify Areas For Improvement.
