  1. Provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families throughout their time at the Henry Ford Health System.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that patient care is coordinated and of the highest quality.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  5. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families, understanding their needs and concerns.
  6. Conduct regular rounds on patients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
  7. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise in the care experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the patient experience.
  10. Foster a culture of excellence and patient-centered care within the organization.
  11. Collaborate with other Care Experience Consultants to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and experience.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  14. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Act as an ambassador for the Henry Ford Health System, promoting our mission and values to patients, families, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare, With A Focus On Patient Care And/Or Patient Experience.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Satisfaction Metrics And Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Improve Patient Experience.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Healthcare Teams And Communicate Effectively With Patients And Their Families.

  • Experience In Data Analysis And Report Generation To Track And Measure Patient Satisfaction And Identify Areas For Improvement.
