  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  10. Represent the heart and vascular services in meetings and presentations to stakeholders, including executives and community partners.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience and streamline operations.
  12. Act as a liaison between the heart and vascular services and other departments, promoting collaboration and efficient workflows.
  13. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues to maintain patient satisfaction.
  15. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards, to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Education And Experience In Healthcare Management: A Business Manager For Heart And Vascular Services At Henry Ford Health System Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field, As Well As At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role Within A Healthcare Setting.
