1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Heart and Vascular Services department in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Henry Ford Health System.
2. Manage the financial aspects of the department, including budget development, monitoring and control.
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
4. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
