  1. Provide essential care and support to patients with behavioral health needs.
  2. Assist in monitoring and managing patient behavior and emotional well-being.
  3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  4. Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  5. Administer prescribed medication and assist with other medical procedures as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and progress.
  7. Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients through compassionate and empathetic care.
  8. Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as necessary.
  9. Provide education and support to patients and their families on coping strategies and resources.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  11. Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of mental health.

  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Is Required.

  • At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Behavioral Health Or Related Field Is Preferred.

  • Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, And Be Able To Work Effectively With A Diverse Patient Population.

  • Knowledge Of Behavioral Health Treatment Modalities And Principles, As Well As Experience With Electronic Medical Records, Is Preferred.

  • Must Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate Patient Needs.
