- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of behavioral health services at Henry Ford Health System.
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the behavioral health programs, including budget, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to behavioral health services.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including clinicians, administrators, and support staff, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote integration and coordination of care for patients receiving behavioral health services.

- Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Behavioral Health Services Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Specifically Related To Behavioral Health Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With A Diverse Team.
