11. Act as a liaison between the organization and insurance companies to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive patient information.
13. Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
14. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
