What is the recruitment process like at Help Scout?

The recruitment process at Help Scout begins with an online application. After an initial screening, candidates may be invited for a phone or video interview. If successful, applicants may then be invited for an onsite interview with their prospective team or department. Prior to a final decision, candidates may also be asked to complete a technical assessment and/or an additional phone or video interview. Finally, successful applicants will receive a formal offer of employment.
