Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with partners

• Create and execute strategies to grow and maintain partnerships

• Maintain a deep understanding of account management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnership outcomes

• Monitor partner performance and provide feedback on performance

• Anticipate partner needs and proactively develop solutions to meet those needs

• Negotiate and close partner agreements

• Provide ongoing account management and customer service

• Identify opportunities for new partnerships and business development

• Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and development
