Job Description

Data collection focused around qualitative and quantitative design thinking methodologies. Researching and organizing new product and integration related data. Collecting intelligence & gaining insight from websites, products & campaigns. Writing design requirements and annotations base on approved wireframes, both for development and for future documentation. Assist with user research, including data collection and analyzation. Work with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to complete tasks as needed. Learn strategies, research and design techniques used by Heartland Product team Creating or updating existing documentation of collected data. Ideation on creative solutions for work in the pipeline. Wireframing design solutions to pitch to internal team members. Organize monthly social activities (virtual) and presentations for the team. Perform competitive analysis and document findings.

Job Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a Design/User Experience/Research or related degree program at an accredited university
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience with wireframes is a plus
