Job Description

Heartland’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Promising Entrepreneur (known as an Intern elsewhere) to join us for the 2020 summer! Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks relating to the end-to-end recruitment process for all open requisitions via applicant tracking system. Manage underutilized resource tools. Use resources to identify an actionable list of contacts for each search. Maintain and build a candidate network. Industry research as needed. Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

Currently enrolled in a related degree program (B.S. or Master’s degree) from an accredited college or university
