Job Description

Lead a top-notch new client experience focused on client care, client satisfaction and quality work for high complexity clients (approximately 40% of new clients), portfolio acquisitions and business acquisitions. Build a performance driven culture with standardized processes to support the entrepreneur-spirited work environment. Identify tools, resources and support necessary for the New Client Services Team to be successful and continually improve quality and delivery efficiency. Develop and clearly communicate meaningful metrics to the team that align with sales and operational goals and determine accountability strategies at the team and individual contributor levels. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve top-notch client experience and client retention. Effectively communicate and professionally represent New Client Services and Payroll Operations internally and externally. Monitor new trends in the industry and recommend best practices.

Job Qualifications

5+ years experience in leadership
Ability to successfully operate in an entrepreneurially-spirited work environment
Proven ability to move proactive initiatives forward and manage reactive deliverables simultaneously
3+ years experience in Operations, Sales Support or client-facing position
