
Customer Advocate
Customer Support Advocates at Heartland provide high quality service to both external customers and internal partners. Support inquiries are related to payment processing service. Customer Support Advocates deliver our company’s mission by providing support for merchants with statement, batches, product support, terminal/POS troubleshooting and other basic customer support and Customer needs. They will be accountable for developing a strong knowledge of procedures and process flows. A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self driven, team oriented individual who possesses a winning attitude and has a passion for delivering world-class customer experience with each interaction.
Must be able to assimilate new technology and articulate directions to various audiences, especially in emergency situations.
Must have the ability to understand and support multiple products and processes associated with those products.
