We at Heartland Payment Systems are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team and help us drive our business forward. They should have a strong interest in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement as well as a passion for learning and developing new skills.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; experience with data analysis and reporting tools; and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities: • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate business performance • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify areas of improvement in processes • Develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of business operations • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions • Analyze data to identify trends and areas of opportunity • Create reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders • Analyze financial and other business data to determine the best course of action • Stay up to date with trends in the Business Analysis field and develop new skills as needed • Make recommendations to improve existing processes and systems
