Associate HCM Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Associate HCM Specialist to join our Human Capital Management team at Heartland Payment Systems. Responsibilities:

1. Provide top-notch customer service to all members of the Human Capital Management team.
2. Analyze and assess HR best practices in order to recommend improvements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
4. Create and manage reports for Human Capital Management processes such as hiring, onboarding, and training.
5. Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and develop results-oriented solutions.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies.
7. Manage employee relations and dispute resolution processes.
8. Partner with managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.
9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices are met.
10. Assist with the development of processes and procedures to support Human Capital Management activities.
