- Manage the archive and licensing operations: The Visuals Editor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's archive and licensing operations. - Ensure compliance with copyright laws and licensing agreements: The Visuals Editor will be responsible for staying up-to-date on copyright laws and ensuring that all licensing agreements are properly adhered to. This includes obtaining necessary permissions and releases for copyrighted material and ensuring proper credit is given for all visual assets used.
- Collaborate with editorial teams: The Visuals Editor will work closely with editorial teams to understand their visual needs and provide them with the appropriate assets from the archive. They will also collaborate with the creative team to ensure visuals are aligned with the overall visual aesthetic of the company's publications.
