- Conduct proactive threat hunting activities to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with other members of the security team to develop and implement proactive security measures
- Monitor security systems and networks for suspicious activity
- Investigate and analyze potential security incidents to determine root cause and impact
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to proactively identify potential risks
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence sources to enhance threat hunting capabilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Document all threat hunting activities, including findings and remediation actions
- Participate in incident response and recovery efforts as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve threat hunting processes and procedures
- Train and educate other team members on threat hunting techniques and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Threat Hunting Or Incident Response.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Network And System Security, Including Experience With Siem, Ids/Ips, And Other Security Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Malware Analysis And Reverse Engineering Techniques.
Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Ethical Hacker (Ceh) Or Giac Certified Incident Handler (Gcih).
