Hearst Corporation is seeking a Temporary Associate Video Producer to join our team and assist in creating compelling video content for our various media outlets.   1. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for video content.
  2. Assist in all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
  3. Conduct research and gather materials for video projects.
  4. Set up and operate equipment for video shoots, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  5. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews, shoots, and other production-related tasks.
  6. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and engaging video content.
  7. Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video production.
  9. Manage and organize video assets, including footage, graphics, and music.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and social media, to promote and distribute video content.
  11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  12. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the video production team.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  14. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through learning and training opportunities.
  15. Represent the company and uphold its values and standards while interacting with clients, partners, and the public.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Film, Video Production, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Media Or Publishing Environment.

  • Proficiency In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro Or Final Cut Pro.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.

  • Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment With A Flexible Schedule.
