- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to stay informed of industry trends and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and requirements.
- Create and maintain a database of approved vendors and their products/services.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest technology advancements and innovations.
- Provide recommendations for new technology solutions that align with the organization's goals and budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to vendor management and sourcing.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate vendor performance and cost savings to management.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and invoices.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of new technology solutions.
- Continuously improve and streamline the vendor management and sourcing process.
- Act as a point of contact for any vendor-related inquiries or issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Vendor Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Technology Products And Services, Including Hardware, Software, And Cloud-Based Solutions.
Excellent Negotiation And Contract Management Skills.
Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Vendor Relationships And Drive Cost Savings.
