  1. Capture high-quality and visually appealing photographs and videos that align with the company's brand and standards.
  2. Utilize technical expertise and creative vision to produce engaging and captivating visual content.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand project objectives and deliver content that effectively communicates the intended message.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual content.
  5. Manage and maintain all photography and videography equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  6. Edit and retouch images and videos to meet project requirements.
  7. Work closely with writers, editors, and other team members to plan and execute visual content for various platforms.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of all projects and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Maintain organized and well-archived digital files of all visual content.
  10. Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to all ethical and legal standards while capturing and producing content.
  11. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to create visually appealing content for various social media channels.
  12. Stay updated on the latest technology and software used in photography and videography to enhance the quality of visual content.
  13. Travel to various locations as required to capture stories and events.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with team members and other departments.
  15. Uphold the company's values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Photography, Videography, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Professional Experience In Photography And Videography, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Media Environment.

  • Proficient In Using Industry-Standard Photography And Videography Equipment, Including Dslr Cameras, Lighting Equipment, And Post-Production Software.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently And Collaborate With A Team To Produce High-Quality Visual Content.

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Photography And Videography Skills, Including Event Coverage, Portrait Photography, And Video Storytelling.
