  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for software products.
  2. Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify and report any defects or issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality software products.
  4. Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy of testing.
  5. Analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to software quality.
  7. Monitor and track quality metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  8. Train and mentor team members on quality best practices and processes.
  9. Conduct regular reviews of software development processes to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
  11. Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  12. Collaborate with product owners to understand customer needs and ensure software meets user requirements.
  13. Communicate quality-related issues and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  14. Lead and facilitate quality meetings and discussions.
  15. Contribute to the overall quality culture and drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance, Including Developing And Executing Test Plans, Identifying And Reporting Defects, And Working With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Product Quality.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, With A Focus On Agile And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Practices.

  • Proficiency In Test Automation Tools And Frameworks, Such As Selenium, Appium, Or Cucumber, And The Ability To Write And Maintain Automated Test Scripts.

  • Experience With Performance Testing And Load Testing Tools, Such As Jmeter Or Loadrunner, And The Ability To Analyze And Optimize System Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Work Closely With Development Teams To Resolve Issues And Improve Product Quality.
