  1. Design visually compelling and on-brand graphics, layouts, and digital assets for various projects and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  3. Utilize design software and tools to create high-quality digital and print materials.
  4. Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design work.

  7. Take ownership of projects and provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Visual Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Projects And Design Styles.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Proven Experience In Creating And Implementing Design Strategies Across Various Platforms Including Print, Web, And Mobile.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Designers, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
