  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed and build networks.
  11. Ensure all social media content meets brand guidelines, copyright laws, and any other legal requirements.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the social media team.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for growth and improvement in social media presence and engagement.
  14. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on social media performance and initiatives.
