  • Develop and execute paid search strategies across multiple brands within the Hearst Corporation portfolio.
  • Lead and manage a team of paid search specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
  • Set performance goals and track progress towards meeting business objectives, regularly reporting on key metrics and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of paid search campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve desired results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and implementing innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for paid search, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for campaign success.
  • Represent the Hearst Corporation brand and values, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all communications and interactions.
  • Train and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the paid search team.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Large-Scale Paid Search Campaigns, Preferably In The Media Or Publishing Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Campaigns.
