  1. Plan and execute all company events, including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate parties.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to determine event objectives and create strategic event plans that align with company goals.
  3. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising the quality of the event.
  4. Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, including venues, caterers, and entertainment.
  5. Oversee event logistics, such as venue setup, audio-visual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
  6. Create event marketing and communication plans to promote events to the target audience.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging throughout all events.
  8. Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators and assistants to ensure successful event execution.
  9. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas and creativity to events.
  11. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including clients, sponsors, and media.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations at events.
  13. Monitor and track event metrics to measure the success and return on investment.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on event progress and results.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Event Planning And Management: A Senior Manager, Events At Hearst Corporation Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.
