  3. Manage and mentor a team of writers and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them reach their full potential.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the editorial team to brainstorm and develop new feature ideas and series that will captivate our readers.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current trends and topics in journalism and identify opportunities for our publications to cover them in a unique and impactful way.
  6. Edit and proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and style, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and journalistic integrity.
  7. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all features are visually appealing and presented in a way that enhances the overall reader experience.
  8. Monitor and analyze audience engagement and feedback to continuously improve and refine our feature content.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our publications and editorial standards.
  10. Uphold and promote the company's values and code of ethics in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
