  1. Plan and execute high-profile events for a diverse portfolio of brands.
  2. Develop creative and innovative event concepts that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  3. Work closely with brand teams to ensure that all events reflect the brand's image and messaging.
  4. Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  6. Create and maintain detailed event timelines and project plans.
  7. Oversee event set-up, production, and breakdown, ensuring that all elements are executed flawlessly.
  8. Identify and negotiate partnerships with key event sponsors and partners.
  9. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiencies and maximizing return on investment.
  10. Lead post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve event strategies and execution.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members.
  13. Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning and execution of events.
  15. Ensure all events are executed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

  • Extensive Event Planning Experience: A Successful Senior Events Manager At Hearst Corporation Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Executing Successful Events Of Various Sizes And Types.
