  1. Plan and execute events for a diverse portfolio of media brands, ensuring they align with the company's overall marketing strategy.
  2. Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas that will engage target audiences and promote our brands.
  3. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other necessary resources.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and alignment with overall business goals.
  5. Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all events are delivered within allocated resources and on schedule.
  6. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for future events.
  7. Research industry trends and best practices in event planning and marketing to continuously improve our event strategies.
  8. Take on special projects that drive innovation and growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives.
  9. Communicate event plans and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and external partners.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent our brands positively at all events and interactions with clients and partners.
  11. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing and event technology and tools and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance events.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in event planning and marketing strategies.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during event planning or execution, finding creative solutions to ensure success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Event Management And Marketing, Preferably In The Media Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients And Vendors.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Event Marketing Strategies, Including Digital And Social Media Campaigns.
