We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a Senior AEM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to deliver exceptional digital experiences to our audience. We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual with a deep understanding of AEM and a passion for technology.   1. Develop and maintain the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to ensure its stability, scalability, and performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements on the AEM platform.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues or bugs on the AEM platform and provide timely resolutions.
  4. Stay updated with the latest AEM trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve the platform and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
  5. Work closely with UX designers to ensure that the AEM platform meets the company's visual and functional requirements.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior AEM engineers and other team members.
  7. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure that all AEM development adheres to coding standards and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the AEM platform.
  9. Participate in the planning and execution of AEM platform upgrades and migrations.
  10. Develop and maintain AEM documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  11. Proactively identify and address any potential security vulnerabilities or performance issues on the AEM platform.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates and gather feedback.
  13. Continuously improve the AEM development process and implement new tools and techniques to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion within project timelines.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem) In A Senior Engineering Role

  • Proficiency In Java And Web Development Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript

  • Strong Understanding Of Aem Architecture And Best Practices For Development And Deployment

  • Experience Implementing And Customizing Aem Components, Templates, Workflows, And Integrations With Other Systems

  • Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Aem Developers, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Including Content Authors, Ux Designers, And Project Managers.
