3. Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests.
4. Develop test strategies and plans for new products and services.
5. Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs.
6. Monitor and analyze test results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Review and evaluate software engineering practices and procedures.
8. Assist in the development and improvement of software development processes.
9. Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure user stories are properly tested.
10. Provide technical guidance and training to other team members.
