
Product Manager, Data Product Development

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and success of Hearst Corporation's data products, taking into account industry trends, customer needs, and company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data scientists, to ideate, develop, and launch new data products and features.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and ensure that our data products are meeting the needs of our target audience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for data products, and ensure their successful adoption by customers.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
- Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and updates based on business objectives, customer needs, and resource availability.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and integrate new data sources, technologies, and tools that will enhance our data products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
- Represent Hearst Corporation and our data products at industry events, conferences, and meetings, and act as a subject matter expert on data-driven products.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Management Within The Data Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Data-Driven Product Development And Agile Methodologies.
Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Drive Product Strategy And Roadmap.
