  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to department leaders, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a positive employee experience and foster a culture of growth and development.
  4. Conduct regular needs assessments and identify areas for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and development.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Proactively identify potential HR issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  7. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  9. Oversee the performance management process and provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  11. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Manage and maintain employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  13. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of inclusivity within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Professional Certification In Human Resources (Such As Shrm-Cp Or Phr) Is A Plus.
