  1. Develop and implement strategic media plans to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform media strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated media campaigns.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, and incorporate them into media plans.
  5. Monitor and track media performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  6. Manage media budgets and negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  7. Present media plans and results to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Act as a strategic thought leader, providing insights and recommendations to improve media strategies.
  9. Identify new and emerging media platforms to reach target audiences.
  10. Work closely with creative teams to align messaging and branding across different media channels.
  11. Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate contracts.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  13. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and support their career growth.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve media planning processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Media Planning And Strategy, Preferably In A Digital Media Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Media Landscape, Including Traditional And Emerging Channels, As Well As Audience Targeting And Measurement.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Media Campaigns, Including Budget Management And Roi Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Relationships With External Media Partners.
