Hearst Corporation is seeking a talented Licensing Sales Manager to join our team and help drive growth and revenue for our company. As the Licensing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing licensing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving sales in the licensing space. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of success in sales, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement effective licensing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the licensing space.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's licensing portfolio.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of licensing deals.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing industry.
  7. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise in the licensing process.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform licensing strategies.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on licensing sales performance to senior management.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our products and services to potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Licensing Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Licensing Laws And Regulations, As Well As An Understanding Of Intellectual Property Rights And Copyright Laws.
