  1. Support the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  3. Collaborate with team members to create and deliver effective sales presentations.
  4. Conduct market research and gather data to support sales efforts.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records.
  6. Communicate with clients and internal departments to coordinate and execute advertising campaigns.
  7. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular updates to the team.
  8. Handle inquiries and resolve issues from clients and prospects in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Continuously develop and expand knowledge of the media industry and company products and services.
  11. Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  12. Provide administrative support for sales events and promotions.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to clients and the public.
  14. Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the sales team.
  15. Complete any other duties or projects assigned by the sales manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.

  • Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Customer Service Is Required For This Role. Previous Experience In Media Sales Or Advertising Is Preferred.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Multitask, Prioritize, And Manage Time Effectively. The Candidate Should Be Detail-Oriented And Able To Handle A High Volume Of Tasks.

  • Knowledge Of Advertising And Marketing: A Basic Understanding Of Advertising And Marketing Concepts Is Necessary To Assist The Sales Team In Developing Effective Strategies And Pitches For Clients.

  • Proficient In Ms Office: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Microsoft Office Programs, Particularly Excel And Powerpoint, To Create And Maintain Sales Reports And Presentations. Knowledge Of Crm Software Is A Plus.
