  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the company premises or contact us through various platforms.

  3. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  4. Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the appropriate team members or departments when necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  9. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  10. Strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and targets.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline customer service processes.
  12. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty.
  13. Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Attend trainings and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  16. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  17. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  18. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Communications, Business, Or Marketing.

  • Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Intake Coordination, Preferably In A Media Or Publishing Environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With A Professional And Courteous Demeanor.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Familiarity With Crm Software.
