  1. Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing technologies and systems to internal employees.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  3. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and understanding.
  4. Create and maintain training materials, including user manuals, job aids, and training videos.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Provide ongoing support and assistance to employees in utilizing new technologies and systems.
  7. Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of new technologies and systems.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and implementation to continuously improve training programs.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for various technologies and systems, answering employee questions and providing technical support when needed.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored training programs.
  11. Communicate and promote the benefits of new technologies and systems to employees to encourage adoption and maximize ROI.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training and implementation activities.
  13. Provide timely updates and reports on training progress and outcomes to management.
  14. Participate in project planning and provide input on training needs and requirements.
  15. Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Engage A Diverse Audience.

  • Proven Experience In Implementing And Managing Training Programs, Including Assessing Training Needs, Developing Training Materials, And Evaluating Training Effectiveness.
