- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with management and department leaders to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing and resolving conflicts and performance issues.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training records.
- Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open communication and a positive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Regulations, Policies, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
