- Develop and implement global brand development strategies for Hearst Corporation's portfolio of iconic brands
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and consumer insights
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt and localize global brand strategies for specific markets
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential threats and opportunities for brand growth
- Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
- Drive innovation and creativity in brand development initiatives to constantly elevate the global presence of our brands
- Provide regular updates and reports on brand performance and present recommendations for improvement to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve brand development strategies and processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In A Global Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Global Brand Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitive Landscape.
