As the leader of our agency development and partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building strong relationships with our agency partners. This position requires a strong background in sales, marketing, and partnership development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and growth through partnerships with agencies.
  2. Lead and manage a team of agency development and partnership professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key agency partners, serving as the main point of contact and working to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create and execute integrated partnership initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
  6. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential agency partners.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of partnership initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and identify new partnership opportunities.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's brand and values in all interactions with agency partners.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
