- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Hearst Corporation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Source and screen candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for open positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
- Handle all aspects of onboarding for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires and provide support throughout their onboarding process.
- Continuously monitor and improve the employee experience to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employment.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Recruiting, Staffing, Or Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge Of Current Employment Laws And Regulations.
Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks.
