  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key projects and initiatives.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth and innovation.
  5. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the project management team and across the organization.
  8. Communicate and present project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in project management and strategic planning, and apply them to enhance the company's processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Experience In Project Management And Strategic Planning.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Implementing Strategic Initiatives.

  • Excellent Organizational, Communication, And Leadership Skills.

  • Experience In The Media Industry, Preferably Within A Corporate Environment.
